The heart of Beaches Kosher Catering, Michael has spent 30 years building a business rooted in food, family and community. Known for his warmth, creativity and unwavering attention to detail, Michael believes every family celebration should feel as personal as if it were his own. From the first conversation to the final farewell, he works closely with every family to create a seamless celebration filled with incredible food and genuine care.
Cassie Atlas
Working alongside her father, Cassie brings the next generation of the Atlas family to Beaches Kosher Catering. Together, they continue a family legacy built over 30 years, combining experience and tradition with a fresh, personal approach. Cassie is passionate about making every event feel effortless, thoughtful and truly special, ensuring each family feels looked after from start to finish.
Beaches Kosher Catering began as a small dream in 1996, sparked by a love of food, family, and the joy of bringing people together. What started as a humble idea soon grew into a boutique catering company cherished by the community and proudly guided under the supervision of the NSW Kashrut Authority.
At the centre of this journey is Michael Atlas, whose warmth, creativity, and unwavering dedication have shaped Beaches into the trusted name it is today.
